ORDERS
Orders become binding as soon as we have accepted them, subject to the following cancellation rights: Orders can be cancelled at anytime before you receive the goods you have ordered. If the goods have been despatched when you contact us, you will be advised to return them upon receipt.
PRICES
All prices are in Sterling £ . Top Horse uk reserves the right to alter prices without warning in circumstances beyond our control.
All goods remain the property of Top Horse uk until paid for in full.
CARRIAGE & DELIVERY
A carriage charge are free to Mainland UK. All non United Kingdom mainland and Scottish Highland orders will be subject to extra carriage charges if the item weighs more than 2 kilos. This is usally £5.00

Damage or short deliveries must be notified within three days of receipt.
RETURNS
Returned goods will only be accepted for credit if returned in original condition within 30 days .
Special order items are non returnable. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once a product has shipped, Buyer is responsible for shipping back the product .Why is it important to send back goods clean and dry?
Goods returned regardless of what the item has been used for it is important that it is returned back to us clean and dry. This is simply to comply with health and safety at work legislation.
If we begin to open your parcel and find it in an unacceptable condition we will cease any further inspection and immediately reject your returned parcel. We will inform you of this and you will immediately become responsible for the recovery of the item(s) at your own cost

The above refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
